{"id":1919,"date":"2022-04-07T11:00:32","date_gmt":"2022-04-07T11:00:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/artandscience.rs\/novi\/poziv-na-radionicu-o-ishrani-i-klimatskim-promenama\/"},"modified":"2023-10-16T08:44:32","modified_gmt":"2023-10-16T08:44:32","slug":"poziv-na-radionicu-o-ishrani-i-klimatskim-promenama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/artandscience.rs\/en\/1919\/","title":{"rendered":"Poziv na radionicu o ishrani i klimatskim promenama"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>U Kulturnoj stanici Svilara u Novom Sadu, u sredu, 13. aprila, odr\u017eava se tre\u0107a po redu radionica u okviru projekta EkOtisak, \u010dija \u0107e tema biti hrana, prehrambene navike i klimatske promene<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radionica posve\u0107ena uticaju hrane na ugljeni\u010dki otisak i uticaju izmenjenih klimatskih uslova na proizvodnju hrane odr\u017eava se u okviru projekta EkOtisak\u00a0<strong>u sredu, 13. aprila, sa po\u010detkom u 15 \u010dasova u Kulturnoj stanici Svilara, u Novom Sadu. Radionicu vodi dr Jasna Mastilovi\u0107 sa Instituta za prehrambene tehnologije iz Novog Sada, zajedno sa svojim timom<\/strong>. U programu \u0107e u\u010destvovati i\u00a0<strong>\u017deljko Mitkovski, menad\u017eer projekta\u00a0<em>Spasimo hranu<\/em>\u00a0Fondacije Ana i Vlade Divac<\/strong>. Tokom tri i po sata aktivnog, kolaborativnog rada,\u00a0<strong>bavi\u0107emo se pitanjima ugljeni\u010dkog otiska prehrambene industrije, uticajem klimatskih promena na proizvodnju hrane, navikama gra\u0111ana u ishrani i re\u0161enjima kako smanjiti prehrambeni otpad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/artandscience.rs\/novi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/unnamed-4-1024x323.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1455 lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1024px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/323;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Dr Mastilovi\u0107 \u0107e na po\u010detku predstaviti nau\u010dni okvir zatvorenog uzro\u010dno-posledi\u010dnog kruga izme\u0111u proizvodnje hrane i klimatskih promena, kao i povratnu spregu uticaja poja\u010dane emisije gasova staklene ba\u0161te na proizvodnju hrane. U\u010desnici i publika \u0107e mo\u0107i da govore o sopstvenim prehrambenim izborima i navikama, kao i o razumevanju ugljeni\u010dkog otiska namirnica koje koriste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drugi deo radionice odvija\u0107e se kroz dva modula interaktivnog rada tokom kojih \u0107e sa prisutnima raditi tim Instituta za prehrambene tehnologije. Razgovara\u0107e se i o zakonskom okviru oporezivanja donacija hrane i o sistemskim poku\u0161ajima da vi\u0161kovi hrane zavr\u0161e kod onih kojima su najpotrebniji.
